So how does one break the rut one is in?
-Changing thought patterns? (Positive thinking, rid yourself as much as possible of negativiness)
-dont dwell on the past (can't change it)
-change friends
-set goals
-read motivational books
-Evaluate career choice
-self esteem, self confidence

As usual life gets in my way and I haven’t updated my process since my last Blog! Since then I have lost 19 POUNDS and I am still working on it. So let me share with you the Prep Phase and later I will go into the diet itself that Hayden House of Healing had me on.
