Event Description

Join us for the 1st Lisa's List Bike Ride!

Don't have a Bike? No problem - you can rent one!

The Bike ride is being sponsored by Local Motion Outfitters in Cedarburg. (W62 N630 Washington Ave, Cedarburg).

You do not have a bike? Neither do I! However LMO will rent their bikes to us! They are giving Lisa's List a special rate of $18 plus tax for the ride! Call them by May 29th to reserve your bike at 262-618-4640.

We will meet at LMO at 10am and start the ride at 10:30am. Local Motion Outfitters will be available to check your bikes if needed and will be providing everyone with water bottles.

The bike ride will be on the Interurban Trail heading to Port Washington (about a 12 mile ride) where we will have lunch at Newport Shores located at the North end of the Marina. After lunch, we will head back to Local Motion Outfitters.

The trail is great for beginners too! This also a great way to warm up for the Miller Ride for the Arts!

Please RSVP by June 2nd if you will be joining us.

Of course Lisa's List AND Local Motion Outfitters recommend you to wear helmets for the ride!

Can we look into the GRABAAWR its a supported bike ride the length of the wisconsin river held annually. They have support vehicles, stay in gymnasiums or churches, communities put on dinners for us, juice, water and fruit stands along the way for bicyclist support, you only need to ride as far or as little as you wish, kids of all ages ride from knee high to a grasshopper to senior seniors. Vehicle support will pick you and give a ride to next destination, if you get tired(lame) etc. It is a huge event and ride at your own pace. Way fun!
